About Queensview

Built by Residents. Owned by Residents.

Queensview Co-op was founded in 1950 as part of New York City's postwar cooperative housing movement—as a pioneering middle-income cooperative development with a vision of community ownership that put neighbors in charge of their own homes. Spanning ten acres of beautifully maintained grounds in the heart of Astoria, consisting of 14 buildings and a 726-unit complex, it is more than a place to live. It is a community with deep roots, shared values, and a genuine sense of belonging.

As a shareholder, you are not just buying an apartment — you are becoming a part-owner of the entire property, with a voice in how it is managed and a stake in its future.

Owned by residents. Built for community.
